In the event of a tie, the board can call for a revoke, or if the deadlock cannot be resolved, the advisor(s) can vote to break the tie. VII Meetings Meetings shall be held as planned by the board. The chapter shall hold meetings only in places that are open and accessible to all its members. Section 2 There shall be at least one meeting every month. Article VIII: Amendments Any additional amendment must be ratified by a simple majority of the voting membership.

Section 2 All proposed changes to these chapter & bylaws shall be approved by the ACTS Adviser. Article ‘X: Dissolution Dissolution of ACTS by consent of the members shall consist of unanimous agreement of all its officers together with a majority vote at a meeting which has been publicized in advance to all members of the organization for the purpose of taking this vote.
