5. Forms and ppersonel available for uniform checkout.
6. Drill should be written, but at minimum opener ready; don’t xerox or print coordinate sheets until end of first day or two.
7. Have studen info and medical release and 8-hour-rule forms ready.
8. Officers must arrive early, already trained in your marching fundamentals.
